It's been cold here too but sadly no snow. My boiler's on the fritz so I'm reliant on my wood burner (which is fine, just can't have a shower 🙄)
I'm heading over to the farm this morning (I'm a member of a community farm) then going to help some friends clear up their boat.

I'm currently doing a fair bit of carving but haven't done a spoon, even bought that seems to be how most people start😆

I mean developers often build a few nice houses on the outside of a new estate visible when passing but once you're into the estate the houses get less attractive.

Gorgeous old lathe he's got there! I've had stuff like that in workshops in schools I've taught at before but they're getting rarer these days sadly.
