Ok here goes: "Top Secret!" is, pound-for-pound, the funniest movie I have ever seen and it is statistically unlikely that a movie that funny will be made in my lifetime.

I just read a bit in Samuel Pepys' diaries where he says he crossed his legs too fast and crushed his balls (or ‘cods’ as he calls them) so bad that he immediately had to leave work and was in so much pain the next day he couldn’t leave the house. cc: @dennisbhooper.bsky.social
