You're going to start noticing SOOO many birds you didn't even realize were here. Welcome to your birding years, Fuzzy!

Frog log is the best! I used to find mice and chipmunks in the skimmer regularly. No more with this, it really works

I'd read about it but I've been stuck working all week unable to get out, and definitely don't want to add to the bird's stress/distress

I'd take either one 😀
I did have a nighthawk flyover at my house last summer but I'd love if one came and stuck around for a bit for a better look

Thank you. Sounds like basic due diligence. I'm so baffled by lawyers using AI, not checking, and assuming no one else will

When my twin @heather147.bsky.social and I were 4, at gymnastics in matching outfits, we met another 4 year-old in the same outfit. Instant BFFs. Friendship still going strong 43 years later

You'd think with the sheer number of warbler butts I've seen (being the ONLY part of the bird seen) I'd be able to identify this 😆 You've captured its essence beautifully

I'm going to buck the trend here and say scamper. To me, a scoot is one fluid movement and a scamper is a bit more erratic

Did not. I was there from about 7 until 10. Truthfully, couldn't hear much over the blackbirds and terns 😆

I did not get the gulls but I heard there were a bazillion. I mostly stuck to the woods for the warblers (got divebombed by the blackbirds by the marina 😄) and then went down the street for my lifer avocets

I still rely on good ol' antihistamines while out birding, but HEPAs in the home have changed my life re indoor allergies

The only place I've ever experienced that was the Athens airport. The migraine was excruciating. I can't imagine having to work in those conditions, that's awful!
