I am personally not a fan of the netti pot. How I treat my sinuses is with steam inhalation using boiling water, in which I toss some oregano, lavender and eucalyptus, oils or herbs. You can also use peppermint and rosemary. If you have a sinus infection and do this every night, it will help.
