Some of that depends on where you live. They’re getting in trouble for deprioritizing lower income and historically black neighborhoods. The systemic racism runs deep. The wealthy can often get same day delivery though 🙄

I love Aldi! Such great deals on food and they have a decent reputation as an employer. So does Costco! Though I try to shop small when I can.

They acquired my company and I got a 30% pay cut. They don’t pay well. They claim that their comp is competitive because they give out stock grants but the average employee leaves after 1.8 years and the stocks don’t vest for 2 years. They intentionally do this to avoid paying people fairly.

They are notorious for exploiting their employees. Their warehouse workers recently went on strike around the globe to protest low wages and poor working conditions.
