Just make it a ritual.
Rituals are helpful for mental health, in general.
Sunday (or whichever day you choose) when you empty the whole week, fill up for the next, making that a ritual and a habit can build a regular cadence to things, and having little things you can control does wonders

Those kinda mesa just generally makes everything kinda feel the same...
I had to stop taking an SSRI a few years back cause I literally was losing feeling, I gave myself a first degree burn by grabbing a hot pan and noticed the smell not the pain..

Honestly, this is why i have a weekly thing, so they are already dosed out into little bins.
If the one marked "Friday AM" is empty, i don't have to think about it at noon on Friday if I forget to take my morning meds...
Its really honestly really helpful at keeping me steady on my meds

Therapy is you recognizing things are hard and you are taking care of yourself.
When things are ok most therapists are willing to keep you on the books as infrequently as once a quarter.
That way you can get back in when things are tough, cause these things come in cycles and it feels all at once

Thing about rank choice is, you don't need primaries cause there can be as many candidates on the ballot as the election allows and if someone drops out before election day, your vote isn't basically thrown out because you got to rank all the candidates
