Saying "people like you, conditional allies and heartless calculators,..." could be seen as me naming you. Apologies. That's not meant to be petty name calling so much as describing a phenomenon of the party rotting from the inside as it fails to adequately stand up for those it draws from.

I'm not calling you anything, I'm trying to help you understand the weakness of your position with hopes that you can grasp a deeper analysis and maybe even correct.
I think I made thoughtful points, please don't disregard that as name calling. Consider your efforts, reevaluate and use the energy.

I don't think ACAB or Mexican flags got us into this situation. My feeling is that it's people like you, conditional allies and heartless calculators, that caused the death of the party you're trying to prop up.
If you get a deeper analysis, you can find the role you played in enabling all this.

You're talking about marketing when people's families and communities are being ripped apart.
It rings really callus, disconnected, and, honestly, heartless.
Do you think heartless calculation is the path to coalition building? It's a bad tool even for your goals, I'd argue.

For example. Let's say you have a husband and wife in a traditional nuclear family. The husband is the head of the household and is therefore in control of the house/wife.
Teach the wife about anarchism and she can reject her husbands authority, teach the husband and he can stop being a dick

You're saying that the people in the middle of attacks by the state should be more mindful of how people on the internet might feel about it?
Doesn't it feel off to center the offsite audience when state violence is perpetrated?
It's a remarkable position to advocate, when you think about it.

Agreed. I think that's the entire goal of accounts like this. At pride last weekend, the bigots who appeared to attempt to disrupt the event led with, "I thought you were inclusive!" and this is a similar thing.
Some people use civility politics to inject poison.

You already paraded your disinterest in helping communities. We help communities. Your tut-tutting is from a position outside of the authority you're trying to weild.

You're completely unaware of mutual aid and community support, then?
Our project is made of community members and helps our community, of course.
What a strange thing to show complete ignorance about.

The straight pride guy, Mark Fitzpatrick, snuck into Canyon County Pride in Nampa, Idaho.
There were about 30 protesters at the front gate to the event as well. Most were church weirdos but several were juiced out guys looking for someone to hit.
No major altercations or arrests, a few arguments.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone out there who stands up to oppression—whether by taking the streets, playing a support role, acting individually under cover of night, or in other ways.
All the freedom we have, we owe to those who have acted to resist tyranny. We can do this.

No matter what a peaceful protestor may intend, it’s police who are deciding when to use violence and whom to use it against—and nothing we saw this weekend indicates their violence was confined to those who were not “peaceful.”

Telling groups to embrace the values and symbolism of their oppressors and remove all symbols of self identity and resistance
