There is a tandoori recipe in a Jay Raynor book that he got from a restaurant in London that is his favourite - it was really good. My mum has my book currently - but happy to share when I get it back

Mum left apple juice in a glass bottle in the window sill for some reason and a few months later came home to shards of glass embedded in the kitchen cupboards.

Bloody hell! Mine was in champagne bottles so the pressure rating is fairly high, when I opened one the contents came out in a 8ft fountain. PPE was donned, other bottles were opened to "make safe", I have a video somewhere...

My champers has been in the bucket for 2 weeks now. Patience is required, bottle bombs were made one year....

I did a kit as a student. I asked a brewer about starting and he just told me to Google something and go for it. First brew was in 2 big pots and strained through a IKEA colindar. Never looked back 😄

Yeah, still are as well as Northbound and Hilden. Lidl been decent about getting some local (Irish) products in.
Have 3 brews "planned" but need to buy the barley etc

Bull house, Boundy, Lacada, Heaney, Northbound, Kinnegar.
Yeah, haven't done as much homebrew this year as have had other stuff on, most recently a saison and before that a dubbel

Oh I do that OK, just the Belgian stuff (which is amongst my favourite) is bloody expensive in NI. I also try to buy local stuff though now a lot of it is very hazy and hippy, which I don't mind at times, but also like variety

That is a tasty beer. Pity you need a mortgage to buy a bottle these days

Yeah, I always rated him and certainly would have thought he would be the guy to let go. Then again Ulster have let a few go over the last few seasons I wouldn't have thought

I thought he was consistently one of Connacht's best players over the past few years, not surprised he has went so well at Munster, more surprised that people are surprised about it

I think that is a reasonably likely scenario

Would have loved to see Scott Wilson get a wee call as well. He's still young though

My wife plays, her club uses BLK, she does not recommend them for women's kit, especially shorts and trousers in which the fit is very poor.

The farmer in me had to re-read the Ringrose bit. I had visions of him in the byre suckling a wee cow from a bottle

I think that is fair. It is obvious when it comes to champions cup and they clearly watch none of the other leagues.

In general I think that the pundits should be "neutral" ie have no connection to the teams playing the match they are pundits for. If you have a connection you can't be objective and therefore tend to be negative or overly positive without being constructive. He says to the Munster content guy...

Was pretty sure it moved when England scrapped the HC and made the Champions Cup
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europea...
If I am wrong I am wrong. Just remember Irish fans were annoyed it moved as we couldn't control it....

I was there for the 2 Munster wins, unbelievable stadium and atmosphere. (Also there for the Leinster v Northampton final - what a game!)

He was/is responsible for one of the worst haircuts to ever grace a rugby jersey. That haircut had to go to counselling to try and work out what it identified as.

Something to do with the winter Olympics?

Yeah, he seems to be in the twilight of his career. Maybe if he gets a good pre-season and an injury free run he will get some form back, he has barely played (for Ulster) the past 2-3 seasons

No idea, but the fact we have signed 2 props already does point to a second row. So sort of beast would be preferable - Will Skelton?
