What a gift it was to have the first ever virtual design review meeting be a 300 unit housing project delayed 7 years over brick colors by out of control board members. It really showed the public and policy makers just how insane the program is. And has led to these reforms.

Good news out of Seattle, where the Link light rail registered its highest-ever ridership in May as the 2-line got extended to Downtown Redmond. Ridership is up more than 20% compared to last May!
