She’s home for monitoring and so far she has eaten, drank, had a wee, thrown down with her kitten friends, generally been going honkers bonkers, and even tried to send herself back to the ER 🙃 So far, she’s feeling fine and other than her little shaved belly, it’s like nothing even happened.

Final final update: holy wow, this bread is so good. Better than the roasted garlic and rosemary. Look at this crumb! I also made avocado toast with the bread and gat damn it’s good.

Final update: it came out of the oven beautifully. The dough was a bit more wet than I’m used to before going in, but it also looked like a score mark. Depending on the crumb, I might bake about 4 minutes longer next time. But it smells SO good.
