These photos were taken from almost the same spot, Minister. Your strict regulations aren't working. Stop pretending like you care for the environment, like you claimed in a letter to me. It's time to lay some charges and fines. Five times minister. When will you stand up and do something?

the video was a painful one to make, but glad I did it

8 Storm Water(f): "...shall install and maintain erosion and sediment controls..." 8 Storm Water(i) "Erosion and sediment controls shall be inspected daily, at a minimum..." photos taken over past three years show repairs are NOT happening. #TimHalman stop saying no compliance issues. There are

8 Surface Water (a): "..ensure the site is developed and maintained to prevent contaminants from being discharged into the water resource or beyond the property boundary?. Not a lawyer, but siltation on neighbouring property, and contaminating wetland. Therefore, violating the agreement

When with ECC lay fines against the developer for the destruction of a wetland? It's probably too late at #eisnercivewetland, cause of the weak environmental laws in this province.

been saying that for years. Stop with the profile names.

third time's a charm, I hope, as far as my complaint goes. Doubt it though. Silt stretches about 500 metres from the dam, behind the gun club, on Clement St. As we now know, from photos by Waterfront Media, it is even in the storm water catch basin, and going through the culvert to the wetland too

hat's wrong, ECC asked developer to fix the siltation barrier, but it didn't work the first or second time, and you can see, from this video I took today, it still isn't working. It's not just surface water we warned about, it's groundwater too. How many more times till someone is held accountable?

The night before some young person decided to fire off a shotgun five or seven times across the street from our house. I remember the era well

there were a lot in the woods around Eisner Cove Wetland. Still some on the south shore we walked through. Beautiful trees

Levant has been a waste of air space for decades

yep, but don't call the Dept of ECC, cause they will just tell you there's no siltation, like they did with me. Expecting a call from them tomorrow to discuss. I have a list of questions

Our once prestine wetland has been destroyed all in the name of momey and reports of government cover ups.

I very much doubt, IF the Department investigates, that any fines will be laid. The Environmental laws in Nova Scotia are a sham. If a developer and construction company can get away with destroying a wetland, who gets held accountable? Apparently not them. They can get away with anything

by removing the trees, and overburden, the wetland's watercourse is damaged. #Eisnercovewetland is destroyed. Nothing can survive in that water now. Tim Houston, Tim Halman, John Lohr, and the government should be ashamed and held accountable...one more
