Instrumental tracks for the EP are majorly complete save for some minor edits because ADHD is a super power and I sit down and make songs. My new vocalist has taken on lyrics and is sharing some incredible work so far. Both guys are artists so I am prepared for some great album and logo art. Stoked.

Sorry to hear fella.. I have been battling my automatic thinking pretty regularly lately to try to get it together. Some of the better advice I've gotten is to try to talk to myself the way one would a child. I wouldn't call a kid a fat fucking dumb piece of shit, so I can't do it to myself either.
