Gonna be blunt, I wish the original games were properly remastered and re-released on modern platforms alongside remakes, because quite frankly it's hard to not feel like these remakes are intended to entirely supersede the original games that are no longer available.

I think Ocarina of Time was the first one i remember beating fairly vividly. I'd have been 8 I think? I played on our Wii while my brother watched as he really wanted me to try it since he'd just played and loved it. I remember thinking how cool the Ganon fight looked.
