If it wasn't for the fact that they sell Wembley tickets north-to-south first so that the bits on TV fill up first, I think you could make a case that they don't want any fans there at all

Both finalists (who have to travel hundreds of miles, incidentally) have been confirmed since Tuesday night. Tickets have been *on sale* for over 20 hours. And not even a word of explanation / apology / acknowledgement from anyone. Just total contempt for their own customers.

Same! Can't work out if that was the same sort of muddled thinking that led to us spending so much on Cannon or simply a case of Moore was available for not much and is a known commodity at this level so made sense regardless of how we planned to play.

Yeah that's on us, we don't cross - 3rd-fewest crosses in the league this season. Haven't played to his strengths at all. But now seeing his value for sure.

So yes, there's a non-zero chance we repeat the Rankine/McCall situation. But I think Wilder is smarter than Warnock and we've also had a fairly emotionless semifinal rather than something that might lead to a "vibes" selection.

I reckon it would be a huge case of overthinking to deviate from the last few games (which is arguably our best 4/5 game run of performances of the season). Campbell in for Cannon and I imagine we'll see someone (Brewster?) start over Brooks but the broad strokes should be the same.

I forgot about the kit change. Unforgivable, might as well have forfeited in advance

Yeah :( there's an opportunity to completely reboot in a lower league with just a small amount of financial investment/ commitment, but I'll wait til I see it.

The players played hard today and really went for it in a game they needed to win. Hard to put any blame for this situation on their heads as it's largely a consequence of off-field (in)decisions. So disappointing.

You're the third person to say that already, not too sure how you're all getting to that state of mind from this ep but happy to be of service!

One thing we touched on in this was looking for a statement of intent from the new owners re: the women's team this summer. To that end, making all tickets FREE for the next home game is an excellent gesture. Come support the team if you can: www.sufc.co.uk/news/2025/ap...
