My recent ancestors ( grandparents ) were Canadian but made foolish decision to
drift over the border back when that was a common practice . My ancestry includes many of the Fille de Roi who helped settle and populate “ New France” , now Canada .

I chose to follow some of my favorites on FB and Instagram when I deleted TikTok but I am now rethinking that as it seems like when a union goes on strike and the company they are striking against brings in what union members call Scabs to take their jobs while they are on strike .
