He strikes me as someone who's tent could never be pissed in enough.

I hate that! I've nothing against them, but bring them back when they're old enough to go for a pint and I might be a bit more interested.

I once spent at least an hour in the portaloos by the Jazz World stage (dates it), listening to the music echoing around and staring at the shit on the back of the door. I may have overindulged a bit by that point.

I used to hold it in all weekend at every festival I went to. At Leeds one year Blur we're headliners on the last night, I dropped one and cleared a circle about 10 metres wide, and left my mate gagging. I don't bother holding it in now. Nobody ever looks back and thinks about the toilets.

Step 1. Pick some "woke" figure like AOC, Biden, Obama.
Step 2. Convince them to advocate for the "oxygen theory of breathing."
Step 3. Reactionaries gonna react.
Step 4. No more reactionaries to trouble anyone.

I get the feeling the journalist isn't entirely sympathetic to their ordeal!

That ability to switch from being profoundly deaf when being told to do something (or more likely stop doing something), to being able to hear a crisp packet being opened 3 houses away ๐

My basic understanding of how voting works is that you vote for who you want to represent you. If the person you vote for loses, then the person you didn't vote for wins. You accept the result, but that doesn't imply support for the winning candidate. Do you believe that all Americans are MAGA?

The fact that the Health Secretary is allowed to take money from the private healthcare industry in Britain is scandalous.
How can he run the NHS in the interests of voters and patients if heโs been paid by private healthcare? Why does he think that heโs been given that money?

Much as I like laughing at Lettuce Liz, I genuinely believe she needs help. She is mentally unwell.

I'd be interested to know what the strategy is to make the leadership pay attention.

More drunk ranting...Sure Start was the absolute epitome of New Labour. A fantastic scheme with superficial foundations. They were in power 13 years, and it took the coalition (not even a majority govt) about 6 months to decimate. No attempt to address the structural issues fucking everything.

Drunken posting has caused the most infuriating piece of bad grammar I've ever seen. Why isn't there an edit button?! Either way, the point stands. This government has no bollocks.

Like so many things The Baboon is doing, it opens up a huge opportunity for the rest of the world (I am specifically thinking if the UK or EU because I'm a British European) to fill the gap. Sadly I think only China will take it, but either way it's one of the most spectacular own goals in history.

We owe so much of our technology and our understanding of the universe to federally funded science. I'm not ready to lose that. Astronomy has immense value, not just to those of us in the field, but to all of humanity. It should be protected. ๐ฉต (9/9)

I literally do not know what the fuck any of that means. But I'm going to do this for shits and giggles...not all us straight guys are all macho and mega-hetero about whatever that is. Deep down We're all very sensitive and misunderstood. Feminism.

I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that the most diverse areas were also the happiest (no source i'm afraid). I know in my own experience people in the whitest areas tend to be the angriest about immigrants, and unhappy about life generally.
