Haha sorry, I was too nervous to speak up the first time! (I didn't give a shit by 2024 haha)

Oh wait no, that was last year when I tried to intervene on Team Sceptic's behalf. Your year I just sat and cackled π€£

No I don't have the cover but I can see they're decent, they're CAT brand and they wraparound beautifully! Was tempted to go out in them. They're a lot better than the wig π

Bloody hell. I do hope you aren't planning to make a habit of randomly dying for a bit, young man! This is an excessive level of commitment to the cause of ghost debunking.

Now that REALLY warrants a "bloody hell, Ken!!" I'm very relieved to hear you're fine now. What on earth happened??

Twitter is very quiet now. The OGs are doing well though, still having a laugh together behind closed doors. I'll attempt to resurrect the Uncanny Community on Twitter next time a series is released, but I'm flogging a dead horse at this point π. Musk killed the Uncanny Community

Apparently Peter Laws took them home with him that day. He found them during a clear out and asked Bethan to ask around to see if anyone wanted them. I rescued them!

It's an advert for something Uncanny expert Deborah Hyde features in. It's kinda relevant π€·π»ββοΈ

"Overdiagnosed" π, when there's no evidence for that at all. He's pandering to his scientifically illiterate American bedfellows again

Honestly we could make an entire game of bingo for 10 players where each card is unique. Maybe we should get @uncannylassie.bsky.social to market it π

It made the whole episode even trippier than it already was. I kept recognising places I knew π€£

Because of the location? I couldn't believe it! I moved to within walking distance of that house about a year after Julian's mum passed.
Goods train is an EXCELLENT shout. I was thinking lorries on Doncaster Rd but yours explains the regularity much better. Also, Crofton is riddled with subsidence

I'll see if we can squeeze it in!

Timely for me. I got in hot water yday for suggesting someone's "just my opinion" probably wasn't all that valid since it was demonstrably untrue. I'm rude, apparently, for telling her so, and "all opinions are valid even if you don't agree with them". You shouldn't be able to disagree with facts!

My 70yo mum watches it too and now I have another person to buy tour tickets for π. I never pushed it onto her, I just suggested she might like it too and BOY did she π

I'm a raging skeptic/sceptic too! There has just never been entertaining paranormal programming for us before Uncanny. I love how it welcomes us in, doesn't insult our intelligence, and gives us a good-natured push to tempt us to drink the kool-aid. It's wonderful

Excited for this! I always thought they'd do something like this last time. I guess they did the pilot series first to gauge interest and then did it right the second time π
