The big success of the hate campaign is the dehumanisation of LGBT+ people. They have a massive media engine which they used to do that. It will take years of work to undo the damage.

Right now, I believe we have to accept the advancement of rights isn’t going to happen. The real danger at this moment is losing the rights we have right now. I think we have to fight to keep what we have & make sure to humanise the issues that are affecting us in the eyes of the general populace.
