For myself, I wound up purchasing a couple of physical CDs. So far as I can tell, the issue is licensing in the US. Qobuz claims to have 63 releases from Tokuma Japan on its site, but once you click through the list is empty. I think that means they are available somewhere, but not here.

I listened. I heard a strong interest from all nine judges in limiting nationwide injunctions, and skepticism from seven of them that this case typified the typical problem with nationwide injuctions, because there was no risk of a split between circuits on the merits.
