Funny thing, when we saw this story come over the wire, it set our spidey sense 🕷️ a-tingling. Where had we seen the name before? However, we did get to spend a bit of time with the SR-22. What a machine. This is a recent serial number and had the Safe Return™ Emergency Autoland system fitted as well as the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System. This aircraft is also certified for flight into known icing.
