He is so rich he can’t go broke. He cares more about implementing segregation than he does about the economy.

Feels like kayfabe. Musk trying to shed his maga image. Just like Trump doesn’t really hate Maggie haberman.

I think we are saying the same thing.

Liberals fighting to make their life better while they keep electing people that kick them in the teeth. Racism is a hell of a drug.

Good job providing cover politico. You are fucking trash.

In the general? Are we still doing this stupid shit?

Oh, I don’t think currencies should be replaced. Just brought onto the blockchain to reduce friction and overheads.

I’m convinced they don’t actually want power. Just want to appear that they are trying. If they get power they will actually have to implement progressive policies and the big donors don’t want that.

You are part of the problem.

$25 to send a wire transfer that settles in 2 days. Or less than 1¢ and settles in 3 seconds. The traditional banking system is old and energy intensive as well. But thanks for hearing me out.

Bitcoin is so slow. Come into the future brother.
comment in response to post
I don’t think BTC is viable as a replacement. It can still be a store of value. But it’s slow and energy intensive. Other blockchains have solved the issues. But as you say, the Bitcoin bros aren’t really concerned about those and just want to cash out.

That’s fair.

At the risk of being mass blocked. I don’t think crypto is inherently bad,and there are projects that left leaning people can feel good about. Taking some control away from the big banks isn’t a bad thing. But it might be too late as they saw the threat, tried to kill it,failed and now are buying in

Does it still have the juice?

You do you. But you don’t get to ask the people who are most in danger from the systems you are tacitly supporting to sign off on you doing so.

What did van jones do with the 100 million that bezos gave him?
comment in response to post
She’s been having rallies all over the country. People should ignore you for good reason.
comment in response to post
You aren’t arguing in good faith. AOC has been serving 5 years. Way to round up.
comment in response to post
Aoc rally sizes rivaling Trump’s doesn’t really support your antidotes. But again trying something different is prudent. Given this. GOP is showing wrong but strong is beating weak but right. Let’s try strong and right and see how that works out. Or we can do more of the same?
comment in response to post
That the thing about this strategy. Running left candidates in safe blue seats won’t lose. The primary is basically the whole election. What is does is raise the number of elected progressives so we get better policy.
comment in response to post
Lose harder? Or maybe we win by doing something different? Going Republican lite hasn’t really been working. Look at dem approval ratings. It’s worse than Trump. More of the same is a bad path to take if you think about it.
comment in response to post
Anyone to the right of AOC shouldn’t be occupying a safe dem seat. Those seats should be for the real progressives. Leave the moderate dems to win swing seats. Leadership shouldn’t be to the right of aoc either. They should just be pragmatic about what they can get done.
comment in response to post
There are a bunch of safe seat Dems that need to be primaried.

I thought it was about research.

Counterpoint. Having 6 less votes is still bad.

Do the slower drivers own the road?
comment in response to post
He also fucking lied about this topic already. Maybe report that?
comment in response to post
Going after useless safe seat Dems is the way. They don’t care when you attack the swing seat Dems that have to walk on the tight rope. They don’t have to do anything meaningful in the minority. Useless safe seat Dems thrive in the minority. Hope people are taking notes.

Yeah. The media needs their clicks. Get back to us when they are in election(elect Republicans) mode again.
comment in response to post
NYT is Republican propaganda that’s why.
comment in response to post
Yeah. This is a good map. Not many weak dem seats up and a ton of seats that republicans need to defend.
