Fox9 has audio from the arrest. Police bullhorn: "We have an arrest warrant, take a look around, you are surrounded. Stand up with your hands empty and above your head, and come to the sound of my voice." This was minutes ago.

Nope, I keep them all on. My best guess is that, after looking it up after hearing that during the Press Conference, is that whatever is happening is in the north end of town, and I'm currently in the far south.

they have the suspect's car so he is on foot which is why brooklyn park is sheltering in place. they say if someone knocks on your door claiming to be police, call 911 to confirm they are actually a cop. brooklyn park officers are working in pairs to avoid confusion with the gunman
