Here's a litmus test for the Leafs: If they allow Matthews to keep the "C" after he was a no-show in a Game 7 and then threw his teammates under the bus, it's a pretty clear intention they have no intention of fixing this mess.

I don't get why people want Marner in Montreal. He would be very expensive, he's had trouble scoring in the playffs, he's solid defensively and he's feisty but he isn't big enough to be physical and if you're going to spend like that, at least get a proven centreman.
