This is more literal than intended given the access to government data he has. There's no telling what he could do on a computer system level (and keep in mind he shut down Ukraine's Starlink access on a whim). As Musk would say-concerning.

Neither films are canon. They're basically like DC's Elseworlds comic imprint which explorers stories beyond the canon narratives. The Batman film (including spin-offs and sequels) is pretty much in the same category.
