How is it unique and per capita? I don't know where you heard that, but you can say the same about other countries in some regions. Even though I've lived in western Ukraine, I've never seen any sign of nazism in action. Maybe I'm lucky?

I must live in the connected part of North Yorkshire. You can go to the big cities of Hull and Doncaster multiple times a day! There's even 1 Sheffield train a day at about 8pm
