✅protest parking ticket b/c meter charged my card: if i pay both meter and ticket, the city double-dips. 🚩send protest to the same people who benefit from parking fees & fines for adjudication ❌they deny the protest, what a surprise 🖕pay anyway b/c if not, bigger fines & I lose my car registration
