To call it training would be too generous: Glenn is pretty much a ragoll when they engage in sparring. Fortunately(?), the doll is both incredibly durable and a glutton for punches. The beatdown does leave him out of commission for a while, and Iron Knuckle is considerate enough to let him rest.
