Yep. I haven’t downloaded the dataloggers yet, but my thermistor spot checks indicate that the greenhouses alone increase temperatures by about 1.5 degC & the heaters can bump temps up another 8degC.

At low tide, canopy-forming seaweeds - like the yellow-brown rockweeds here - protect the animals & other seaweeds under them from warming up & drying out. I’m using heaters & pop-up greenhouses to measure this interaction & see how it changes as temperatures increase.
