This guy’s LinkedIn shows that he was a law clerk in NY law firms for the two years after he graduated from law school, and it looks like he never passed the bar. Good to know that he has such well-formed opinions with such a prestigious background.

One thing I wonder about the citizenship proof part of the EO that I haven’t seen anywhere … isn’t it a poll tax? I don’t think there is anyway to get proof of citizenship for free. You need to pay for a copy of your birth certificate in most states, don’t you? And a passport costs money, too.
