You bugger. I am sniggering like a teenager at the back of the classroom.

I've been trying to find the words. Thank you. I'll steal yours. Brilliantly put.

The genius of it. And the nerves of steel. Those people deep under cover in enemy territory. Think of the OpSec on this. Think of the waiting, letting them gather, sitting tight. One mistake and it's all gone. And Z. sitting in the Oval Office getting abuse, knowing this was in play.

While Zelenskyy sat in the Oval Office being humiliated, he knew that this history-making mission was in progress.
Nerves of steel from all those involved.
Bravery beyond imagination.
Absolute geniuses at all levels of planning and implementation.
And incredible leadership throughout.

Nerves of steel setting this up and then waiting.
Absolute geniuses in the planning and execution.
A masterclass in leadership. He sat in the Oval Office being humiliated while knowing that this was being set up.
The difference between Trump and Zelenskyy couldn't be more stark.

They have to destroy the forces that Russia has massed for their Summer onslaught because once they are on the move, they will overwhelm Ukranian defences, but if they can hit them when they are massed prior to mobilisation, they can save countless lives and lost land. Nerves of steel strategy.

We need a campaign to push the government to clamp down on this external money flooding our politics and destroying our civilian life. It's not "free speech" it's censorship by fire hosing. Musk made the same "free speech" plea while fire hosing any dissenting voices other than the far right.

He's going to have to do a lot more than that to undo the brand damage that he's done.

Funny how Russian spam bots spewing hatred is "free speech" BUT defending democracy is a crime.

Germany just authorised unlimited range missile use. Hopefully Taurus will be liberating Putin if all his bunkers soon.

Unless Ukraine wins. Definitively. Then all that dark money suddenly vanishes.

Will visit you soon. Let's get this war won. Each of us has a role to play. You may think "what can I do?" Educate everyone. Friends, strangers, neighbours, everyone. They must understand that if Ukraine falls, those bombs come at us next. We are Ukraine. We are at war. Ukraine fails, we die.

Every day, there are those of us who wake up and hope that our "friends" in Ukraine are safe. You're in our thoughts and hearts. Slava Ukraini.

Let's hope he isn't silenced. In an age of evil, the world needs those who hold a light to genocide and death camps.

Horrific crime to commit: Speaking out against genocide and the creation of a mass extermination camp. Who does he think he is?

Got it. There has been a huge effort by Russian cyberware units to stir up enmity around trans rights. They've been successful, taking an issue affecting an incredibly tiny part of the population and exploding it out as if it's a majority issue. The sooner Putin goes, the better. Absolutely toxic.

Not quite sure that you replied to the right thread but yes, it does. Not as much as Trump boosting Putin and being anti Ukraine.

That's worrying. I have high hopes for him, but this is clearly bollocks and plays into Putin's hands like a Trump phonecall.

The issue is that he spoke out against genocide and stood firmly for humanity and human rights. This was too much for the BBC.

Just hoping that Ukraine can keep up the pace of the drone bombardments.

America has MOAB bombs, just one of which would take out the whole of the Russian troop assembly, destroying any advance planned.

Today I heard two separate interviews with this remarkable woman, one of which was an entire "The Rest Is Politics". She's well worth listening to if you get the chance.

It is just so much better. And thank you for what you do, we need a strong resistance to Putin's global funding of the far right and attacks on our democracy.

Panic setting in for the oligarchs who own these propaganda outlets that they may yet have their dirty money and offshore tax haven avoidance schemes dismantled thanks to the EU's tough stance on tax evasion.
