I'm sure he acknowledges what a clubhouse leader he was.

Clearly better, by leaps and bounds.

I like that it's capitalized. It knows it's the proper name for a cookie.

So like 5 million for the wall and 2.995 billion to line the pockets of various groups that could grift off of this.

I'm ready for a new Bure brother then.

I went to look at what his PFP was on LSB because I've never really noticed. It's an anti-Matt Kata pic he's probably had almost 20 years.

I have a recommendation, not because it's a good movie, but because I love deep diving into it because it's so wild.
Transformers the Movie from 1986.
Orson Welles recorded his lines and died two days later. They murdered most of the transformers to sell more toys. It was amazing.

In my small anecdotal experience general "please and thank you" are southern things. I remember going to Chicago in 2001 for the first time I left Texas and using them and people looking at me weird.

I've only seen this still image, but he could make to the ump and slap him before the ball hits the back of the mitt.

Jarred Kelenic was 100% a character in Andor.

It was really rough in the Dead Baby Era of the 19th century. They'd pack the dirt and give the ol' Baltimore Chop to those Christian babies to bounce 'em.
comment in response to

Honestly, a baby off the wall or in the gap is fine by me. Just hit the Christian baby hard and good things will happen.

Nah... gonna need to see some actual time for EC to stay healthy over a long stretch to even think those type of thoughts. The best ability is availability.

Why would you say this out loud?

Oh sure, but it's less insane than "Shohei Ohtani isn't an all star."
comment in response to

To be fair, I think his point was MVP, not all star game. That a DH only shouldn't be MVP... unless they go 50/50 for the first time in history.

Do they have his neighbor standing guard in case he tries to crash it?

I do think either his eyes or brain aging made him a tick slower in swing decisions, screwing up his timing (very speculative) but glad to see he seems to be adjusting!

That should be 6th. Stupid fingers.

It's wild that the Rangers have the 8th highest OAA on Fangraphs as a team, but Adolis is the only player in the top 10 by position.

Man, it's wild it's been 20+ years... just the craziest shit... so much "oh shit... Oh shit!... OH SHIT!.... OOOOOOOOOOH SHIIIIIIIIT!!!!"

I have a mild-ish fear of flying, and this is something I sort of repeat as a mantra. There's soooooo many planes and people flying every day, it's one of THEM that will crash. Surely not me!

I think it is a variation, because while it looks similar in how it drops, it's harder than what he threw last year. Be curious to see statcast stuff later.
comment in response to

It's what he threw last year and he said in spring he couldn't find it... needed the down time to get the feel for it again.

I am very for reducing (eliminating?) all the data centers for LLM AI nonsense.... but I'm also for reduced meat production (until we get lab stuff) because boy it is a lot of water for that too. I'm for both!
Though between the two, I'd prefer we use the water on food as you imply.

This is out of your budget, but I've had a Precor for 10 years and it's gotten nearly daily use from my wife and I and done great. Never had an issue with it.

It's an all timer. Saw a meme of the Ratatouille food critic taking a bite of Clair Obscur and it reminding him of the Final Fantasy X of his youth and that nailed it for me.
