I'm putting my beans on DoJ stalling. DoJ files a privilege motion under seal, and Xinis paused for one week so the merits of that assertion could be laid out and examined. DoJ didn't have any such evidence to back up the privilege claim, so the pause went away. Or not. Just based on past behavior.

I do wonder if his story can be a case study in pulling people out of the cult? It seems like the delusion shattered. This could be an opportunity to steer someone towards truth and away from delusional hate? Or...maybe not 😅
