That is a good point I suppose. If I'm in a fight and someone hits me in the eye it could knock my contact out or rip it. I suppose its one half dozen or the other.

Ya. I mean either way guys a tool real or not. He doesn't seem very tough to me but a few of them and you are outnumbered. Here in Portland we had DHS FEDs take people off the streets in 2020. I just did a lil thread about it.

Basically nothing has changed. For 30-40 years now the GOP have wanted to create a white #Christian society then use it to force the entire world to see things and do things the way they do. Part of that includes reshaping the #MiddleEast, taking #abortion #LGBTQ rights away, deport people etc.

Thanks for the interesting perspective. I appreciate it & always like to look at the news from multiple vantage points and from several sources. It is interesting to think about BRICS and emerging economies and their threat to the dollar & EU currencies as a pretext for war. I hope peace comes soon.

To understand just how far I've gone to improve my sleep. I use a #SleepApnea machine, have a dim red light I use for red light sleep therapy, and two little fountains in a room that is sound proofed to a certain extent. So all I hear at night usually is water or my cat and I still struggle.

So far I've found that I also have something called #RBD
Melatonin makes the dreams even more intense. Other meds seem to either cause me issues with blood pressure or memory during the day and don't work. I still remember the dreams. Smoking weed blocks some of the dreams. If I stop they increase.

Unfortunately I remember my #nightmares #NightTerrors and thats why I was happy when a med finally helped me not remember them or not have them. Back to the drawing board I guess.
