Why is this miniature room design so popular, or is it just the presentation?

Totally agree, the vast majority of works will look broken, ugly, bland, and as a reflection of your current mood, you have to step out of your feelings to see an objective progress.
Art is hard because it takes self-improvement.

Game works great, looks great. GGG is a good company that doesn't squeeze money from the players like Blizzard has for decades.

There are many many things associated with burnout, it's more of a blanket term and when i started to be more objective about why i felt bad, all the small problems became easier to pick out and fix instead of just feeling bad. So to answer the question, i get introspective to find out why.

After learning more about what burnout was, I was able to simplify my problems and work on the root cause. When we overgeneralize, it gives the problem power.

Last night I found out while animating that I had a bunch of wrong specs including using my cpu instead of GPU D: fixed it now though.

Nice, could build like a showcase room with glass shelves to show on, maybe animate a walk through.

How did you do the initial shape noise on the walls?

No sorry. As far as time tracking I feel you would still have to "clock in and out" by putting in your tines manually rather than a button, and then create a formula to calculate the time spent working.
