You might want to chat with an orthopod or sports med specialist ... My partner went through this so I have some idea as to what fresh hell it is ... It might well be that an injection of steroid is just the ticket (I am NOT an orthopod .... )

Is this a frozen shoulder? Because sometimes an injection can help that. Not clear if it is the injection of fluid that liberates the adhesions, the local anaesthetic they put in at the same time allowing you to mobilize, or the steroid.

I am sorry, but I couldn't disagree more. The numbers showing up at demonstrations are a trivia fraction of the population, and, largely, these are performative events that have next to no impact. Any reasonable population would have been in the streets and shutting down government long ago.
