That's too bad. While my high school education certainly left much to be desired, we at least had real printed books with grammatically correct sentences.

It looks like the same author also wrote a book on "The philosophy of practical experience: the way to a philosophy for the world's strongest life" (or something to that effect) with Yujiro Hanma from "Baki" on the cover.

Oshii is one of our most philosophically profound filmmakers. This one covers technology, gender, identity, the forces in society which bind us. Fun stuff. The Major's disassociation speaks to something intrinsic about my own experiences for whatever reason.

I knew I'd be opening myself up to requests for details. Would you believe I honestly don't remember the specifics? Then again, I did have to retake my exams, so maybe I've just successfully blocked the memories.
