“How do you suggest Israel defends itself?” By not committing genocide. Hope that clears up any confusion.

can I code fast? no. but can I code well? also no. but does my code work? alas, no

Love thy neighbor = Christian Deport thy neighbor = Christian Nationalist End of TED talk.

I for one am amazed that Keir Starmer, five months after winning a 170 seat majority, has not called a fresh election after acceding to a random petition. Shameful stuff. www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/keir-s...

It’s truly amazing that Jeremy Clarkson, a man whose ilk have effectively forced the treasury’s hand in enforcing inheritance tax on farms, seems to now be the leader in the fight against it

Brilliant

I recently watched a woman in court who fought a DVLA fine on the basis she was a free woman of the land, the court did not use her "legal name", and she had written a disclaimer in red ink saying she did not accept the court's jurisdiction. It went down as well with the judge as you'd expect.

It boggles my mind that so many of the far right thugs that took part in the recent UK riots seem to think their position is that of a centrist; as if it's somehow far-left to not hate certain immigrants based on the colour of their skin. It seems thanks to the likes of Farage and Braverman.

Trump has just told a crowd at a Pennsylvania rally that he’s better looking than Kamala Harris. He also thought he was in North Carolina.

This. ⤵️

Immigration doesn't harm "British workers". Plenty of reputable studies show that. What is interesting how those who claim it does don't seem to be as worked up about the actual policies which do, such as a lack of worker's rights. In fact many support them. www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

The campaign to abolish VAT on suncreen ignores a pile of evidence that cutting VAT on specific products doesn't reduce the price of those products. It just puts more £ in the hands of retailers and suppliers. www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

And as we all know, if people believe it, it must be true

Someone needs to let her know that yes, it was funny.
