Old lady who might not use social media like everyone else.
I love my family and my family of friends. I love my dogs. I'm willing to give the rest of you a chance.
My Brindle Pug was Tango, a pug/boston mix who died years ago.

I'm pretty sure "the dumbest people ever" is going to be the title of a chapter in the history book about this era.

I still have my buttons...I need to break them out and start wearing them.

I don’t remember him introducing me to any books, but in 1966 he read about a new TV show that he thought his 7 year old daughter would like so made sure I would watch it. I’ve been a CD Star Trek fan ever since.

Add that to the times Trump has said that Elon had knowledge of computers and that the election was rigged...it's certainly worthy of an investigation.

While that will legitimately attributed to Trump, he clearly did not write it. Proper use of capitalization is an easy filter for "did he?" or "didn't he?"

I really thought that the only "personal time" Presidents had was in the bathroom and in the bedroom...everything else is President Time. Yes, when they go golfing or to church or singing at a funeral, they are being the President and need to behave as the President.

My favorite episode was when Norm got a job as a beer taster for a brewery.Wendt did an amazing job capturing Norm's joy at getting to taste all the beer and his disarming "no, no, I couldn't" when they tried to give him a paycheck was so great.Star Trek DS9 has a character "Morn". A clear tribute.

It must have hurt their brains when that idea finally didn't fly right over their heads.

I'm reasonably old (66) and I don't remember a President of the United States teasing an announcement personally. I can't help but see it as a quest for ratings. I suggest as many as possible deny him their views

Right? Disabled and/or elderly people might need a helper. Adults routinely assist children in stalls. It’s ludicrous.

Also, Obama isn't evil. I really think that's a valid point.

Pumped up Kicks by Foster the People. I know what the band says, but to me, it's celebrating killing kids. It doesn't feel like "I Don't Like Mondays", it feels too happy.

AOC is awesome. But, living in a country that refused to vote for Kamala Harris, I don't think she has a chance at the top of the ticket. I hate that I know this to be true.

Because wearing makeup (as most women do) is weak? I'm a fan, but maybe try not to shame Trump for doing things women do.

I understand they are getting ready to introduce their own electric truck. It's small, but relatively normal looking and is set to retail for under $50,000. This seems like a great alternative.

I'm 66. Not only do I have no records and no memory, but there is no one I could turn to for help. I just got an MMR shot.

What's the favor he did the NFL? Or does he think that he did them a favor by showing up at the Superbowl?

I would prefer she hadn’t touched him. Who was on the other side of Kavanaugh? Was it Alito? Maybe he did that guy, Kavanaugh, skip, Roberts
comment in response to

He thanks Kavanaugh ("Thank you again"), then Kagan, then tells Roberts he "won't forget it". It's odd.

This might be a reason to show up and leave once he starts speaking. Is that possible or are you locked in?

I don't think the answer is the same for both. I note that Vance confidently said that Russia invaded Ukraine. Trump would never say that.

He hasn't watched it. He's shown caressing a very shapely--clearly not Melania--belly dancer. Then there are the bearded belly dancers... He's lounging on the beach with Putin.

"Two weeks" is a tell. There's no intention to do this. He always says he's going to do things he isn't planning on doing "in a couple of weeks" or "in two weeks".

People will hate this: the character Michael Scott from The Office. The show made stupid, racist, sexist, homophobic seem funny and decidedly NOT evil. The character of Dwight also did this to a lesser decree. We were shown that these awful people could be our friends, we could overlook the ugly.

It was decades ago, but I had a customer for the Photo lab who was in Alaska. The post office delivered his mail by dropping it from a plane to his property. That's how his finished 20"x 24" prints were delivered to him. No other courier would accept that job.

I think that misses a layer and over generalizes. There are too many people who think that they are on your side and doing your work when they destroy the lives of others.
(I understand that they are not)

If he hadn't meant to give a Nazi salute, social media would be drowning in his apologies and explanations about why that wasn't what he did. We aren't seeing that. He meant it.

You mean he gave the Nazi salute. We all know what it is. Why be delicate about describing it?
