Excited just to be able to take it to work on Monday with the K line finally running all the way through!

Love watching this all play out while getting 17 reminders a year that going near even CBD products could jeopardize my clearance.

Yes! I’ve been so excited for the station to open and the K line to run through continuously because I’ll finally be able to take metro to work again for the first time since I moved to my current neighborhood.

I saw this clip before I saw the play so I went and looked it up, and I am laughing so hard right now.

Beyond just not engaging, I’ll actively tell Instagram ā€œnot interestedā€ on things that are particularly triggering for me so they get hidden and hopefully the algorithm learns, but those kinds of posts always sneak back in eventually. Always.

One time the clouds were so localized over my airport we could still see the runway clearly if they had let us land the opposite direction SVFR. They wouldn’t and we had to do popup IFR. Here’s a picture of what it looked like as soon and we were on the ground. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

I’ve definitely bought laundry detergent when I didn’t quite need it yet because there happened to be an employee in the aisle, and who knows when that would happen again.

Haha do we go to the same coffee shop? At first I thought it was only when I ordered on their app since they have all my info that way, but now they have my cc associated with my number (even though I’ve never used that cc on the app) and text me a survey even when I walk in and order.

Loved Eddie Mac. Probably my favorite player at the time.

It was a normal metal fork from home, maybe on the smaller side, and yes it’d be in his front shirt pocket like how you might have a pen!

I had a coworker once who carried a fork in his pocket at all times so he was ready to go no matter what

My joker moment was when Denver’s DSA worked to block a partially affordable housing project on a *golf course*. Not serious people.

I think somewhere in between, because I love them if I have like one or two, but can’t eat more than that at one time

Last month I had a trip where both there and back, we landed 20 mins early, only to taxi a while/wait for another plane to leave our gate (still arrived on time), but in both cases the pilots boasted about getting us there early the second we hit the runway. It doesn’t count until we’re AT the gate!

Would absolutely love to see one of these try to navigate the severely cracked and uneven sidewalks in my neighborhood.

People who object to apartment buildings in their neighborhoods because of ā€œtrafficā€ concerns are in for a real surprise when they see what sprawl is going to do to traffic in their city.

Might not be exactly the aim of your article, but I’ve always been really curious about the design choice of the Westin at DIA. IMO, it doesn’t really work with the architecture of the terminal and always looks kind of jarring. (I have stayed there and my main experience was, extremely thin walls!)

I still mask on planes and always immediately feel justified by the number of openly sick and symptomatic people around me. (Also mask on public transit but don’t notice as many sick people, and there are usually several other people masking as well.)

I was pretty uncomfortable when she first went viral for commenting on MTG’s body. So, so many other things to critique these people on!
