Article III Section I those judges don’t magically disappear- they’d be reassigned, along with the pending cases of the dissolved court. So you’d still have those judges and you’d still have those cases, you’re just moving the pieces around. You’d think the Speaker would know that.

Current Fulbrighters need to sue (class action maybe) the Dept. Of State, Sec. of State, and OMB for breach of contract and violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, and possible 1st and 14th Amendment violations. As an alum I’d have no standing, sadly.
