Yes! I remember learning about it in training and was like it can’t be THAT bad. We even had extra staff during the full moon because thats when shit would hit the fan. DEFF always kept me on my toes lol

yeah, I have a lot of familial issues I’m currently grieving/processing and a lot of my dreams have been about/revolving around seeing people I don’t want to 😖 I have sleeping pills from my psych that would knock me out but I’m sooo groggy the next day
