It's pretty amazing that MAGA is calling Biden's cancer a coverup, while Reagan suffered from Alzheimer's during his entire second term and republicans never said a word.

I agree with the school of thought that these tariffs were implemented so that countries and industries, on a case by case basis, could appeal to trump for relief. He can then grant it, leaving them beholden to him and he looks like a hero, all the while cementing his authoritarian takeover.

If the breach had happened on Biden's watch, the Republicans would have filed articles of impeachment immediately. If Biden had denied knowledge of all the things trump denied, he would have been labeled as incompetent. Yet, here we are facing a dictatorship in the making and no one seems to care.

I am old enough to remember a time when I was house hunting for the first time in a new condo development. There were push pins in the office map showing which units had been sold. After we picked a unit, the rep told me that I might want to consider a different one. I asked why. (1/2)
