@electrifyamerica.com still hasn't sorted out software and hardware problems in two years. I just spent five days on the road and 6 calls to customer support. The same thing happened on three other trips in the last 2 yrs. Who got rich by spending infrastructure dollars on such a poor product?

@carlquintanilla.bsky.social great first panel today at CWA. re surveys, if I'm not asked to complete a survey I ask the customer service rep to type in and relay my comments up the chain. Most reps are surprised and appreciative.
