Trump believes it and his blind followers do as well. We are in trouble.

Amazing how as long as you are drinking the kool aid you are okay. Do what you want. But actually showing a little bit of questioning you are persona non grata. Wonder what the over/under on Little Marco is.

How soon before Trump tells everyone in government to use Truth Social ? And colleges ?

Been an issue since day one. When the source is not safe from interference the data is suspect. An administration that publicly spews falsehoods regularly cannot be trusted with the facts we are gauged against.

But if there is no debt ceiling …
comment in response to post
Yeah, but that was then and this is now. Consistency means nothing. We all grow old. Our thoughts get jumbled. Oh, that was last week.

Without an early warning because NOAA will not be around to warn them.

An unreported issue is empty shelves. We went to Walmart last week and the shelves were pandemic bare. We went to the grocery store today and the shelves were missing quite a few items. And prices were 2-3% higher. If this keeps up the reality will start hitting home - tariffs are bad.

Thom is wishy washy. He the salsa at the TACO stand.

They have heard about TACO man.
comment in response to post
Not really. What is unbelievable is the fact most people assume someone besides the lobbyists actually read the bill.

Based on how many congressmen have come out with “lack of knowledge” defense you gotta wonder if they were not just presented a talking points document to read. “Nothing deeper here for you to read. Just say this”.

or raising the debt ceiling.

The first decent thing Lindsay Graham has done in years. Let's not arrest him. Let's vote him out, though.
comment in response to post
Yep and I claim there are millions of dollars in Congressional fraud. Let's skip the arrests and charges and go directly to voting them out.

Maybe we should outsource the US department of defense to a Ukraine general.

But but but Biden.
comment in response to post
So it truly wasn’t Biden’s fault like Trump claims but more accurately Trump’s fault.

Maybe it’s time a bunch of Democrats pray on the floor of Congress. Would absolutely mess with a lot of people. My God against your God when they are the same entity. Golden.

That’s alright the trade representative thinks a tariff isn’t a tax. Soon they will both know the repercussions of storms coming from their lack of knowledge.

This is just one of many things he has done over the last 100+ days out in the open that bring into question his mental acuity. Imagine if we knew what he has done out of plain sight.

You gotta know when to hold them. Guess he had plenty of cards to play. What is bad here is the ally could not trust Trump. The other issue is our intelligence did not know in advance OR they knew and would not tell Trump because they knew he would call his pay, Putin.
comment in response to post
You gotta know when to hold them. Never count your money when you are sitting in the White House until the meeting is over and you account for your wallet. Maybe Zelensky should have said “I did not bring you a drone as a gift, I am saving it for a special occasion”.
comment in response to post
Two real issues here. First, the fact the US was not made aware because then Russia would be aware (TACO man does not read his PDB anyway but why chance it). Secondly, why our intelligence agencies did not know it was a happening in advance (maybe they knew and did not share up the leaky ladder).

Would be best to make incomes up to $1 million contribute to social security. Sure it should be higher but this alone will be sufficient to keep SS solvent. It is currently capped at income of $176,000.The social security benefit will probably be gobbled up by medicare IRMAA if income remains high.
comment in response to post
There was a good chance it was in the PDB. Trump didn’t read it so they were not warned.

Originally thought Rand Paul was a contrarian on Democrat issues only. Now that he is showing the same resolve with the republicans I might actually like him. And when Rand Paul is a voice of reason the canary is crying in the wilderness. Trouble is ahead.
