.... Did you forget to read the graph?

You'd think we'd have learned some of these lessons over the past five years.

A surge in housing across the country happened and most places are still more costly than pre pandemic. Sorry, there's more than just simple supply and demand at play

You should probably look deeper into your data, because then you'd see how the rent lowers by small percentages after raising by large percentages

So if 500k apartments are at one price, are other places going to drop prices massively or match prices and compete in other ways? The real life answer is the latter, and even a drop will be pennies on a dollar raised after the development
comment in response to post
I see you havent moved into a new building recently, but these places will offer rebates on their nickle and diming while gladly leaving apartments vacant in order to keep any drop in base rent from being an appreciable amount
comment in response to post
They essentially doubled during the pandemic and almost single handedly nerfed the COL difference between Florida and other states by doing so
comment in response to post
The market rent would stabilize at whatever price that set of apartments have, with the developer having pricing power there

i'll say 2 things about this: 1 is that it's not a novel form of genocide denial to tacitly accept the abstract claim of genocide while you consistently work to dismantle every individual's testimony

Only a problem if you're using the same install for VM and dual booting, which 90% of people wont.

It also just takes time to release a book

And this vid is like... 5 years older than that? Yeesh

Any certain GLP1s work better in that regard in your experience? I'm currently taking a break from mine because it's making me depressed (not getting the little dopamine hits from getting things done in my life)

Yea sorry you have like 100 hours left it you go full sicko mode and try to reach the true ending The wait for obscur is worth it though

You'll miss some of the overhanging... Dread... But it's great no matter what
comment in response to post
... Wait isn't k%-bb% already used for that? Or is more needed to meet what you did with Marcel?

I actually liked Biden back in the day, hootin and hollering while watching him eviscerate Ryan in the VP debates. The Biden of the past 4 years was not that Biden anymore

the message isn't invalid (hell I was on one primarily to see if the side effect of inhibiting addictions worked for me - it did!), but this shit coming from what are probably places using compound pharmacies is one step above a scam

I have this saved from his election

Lmao this is the post that's gonna make me play it, I was getting that vibe from seeing vids of it

Right, I feel like a fool for thinking it was mostly taking place in boardrooms still even after the SVB fiasco

She's such a sterling example of Florida Dem brainworms lmao

I mean they may but I think them playing that game as outsiders is probably not huge ROI considering they could put themselves into positions to move the market(s) themselves.

and like people DID have those critiques, with both of those viewpoints instantly knowable as utter bullshit almost immediately.
comment in response to post
I'm sorry but you're a mark if you believe or believed any of those viewpoints.

the past iterations of that was crypto and NFT's so yea thats the correct response to have.

And to be clear: "mid" is a ridiculous improvement over the state of it a year ago, and even more so before then. A fancy autocorrect would actually be amazing for me since I have problems typing (nerve damage), but the hit rate on even that is absurdly low *still* in terms of output I can use.

one other thing, and for clarity: this isn't exactly a legal crisis (go read @anthonymkreis.bsky.social's posts). it's a political one, and potentially an existential one, but it's not a separation of powers issue as some have said. it's a federalism issue and a political crisis.

And to circle back to the original criticism in question: what happens when the admin skips, strongerarms, or circumvents those fights, as they have before and seem to be doing again with that judge being arrested
comment in response to post
Did you get it wrong or are we just in an ebbing moment? It doesn't have to be planned to exact detail if one of the steps is "show up with guns to the homes and workplaces people that oppose us", and at that point is it a question of legal power or being physically able to do something?
comment in response to post
Good thing that's not what I'm saying
comment in response to post
All I'm saying is that the initial criticism of the power of law compared to other entities is still in play and largely correct.
comment in response to post
Id say they're on hold more than stopped, and that's a big difference if the admin / ICE is just regrouping instead of backing down
