I see you havent moved into a new building recently, but these places will offer rebates on their nickle and diming while gladly leaving apartments vacant in order to keep any drop in base rent from being an appreciable amount

one other thing, and for clarity:
this isn't exactly a legal crisis (go read @anthonymkreis.bsky.social's posts). it's a political one, and potentially an existential one, but it's not a separation of powers issue as some have said.

Did you get it wrong or are we just in an ebbing moment? It doesn't have to be planned to exact detail if one of the steps is "show up with guns to the homes and workplaces people that oppose us", and at that point is it a question of legal power or being physically able to do something?
