Glad I’m not the only person who had mixed feelings about Vienna. I’m sure it’s a common experience. To be in the physical space of *this* brilliance and *that* horror was intense. Our bus tour described the fleeing of Viennese Jews as “self-exile,” which was a breathtaking simplification 👀

I can’t disagree with you on this! American security is so random and dumb; I’m not surprised Americans don’t know it’s SOP. In Attaturk intl., we were chatted up by the NICEST security guard 3 different times and didn’t even know we were being interrogated. TSA has no rizz. 🤷🏻♀️
