The thing that's really killer is Oda created Franky FOR Yao. He loved having him in the anime as Jango and Mr. 2 and was like "How do I keep this man employed forever?" In a weird way this is the worst character it could've happened to.

I remember a YT video about her. The article barely mentions it, but this lady's a racist who constantly harassed the victim's children for playing outside, saying they couldn't play there even though the owner of that place told her those kids were allowed to play there. She's rotten to the core.
