It was Westminster that legislated to create the Welsh Parliament. The powers they have will always be a matter of contention. Reform is very strong in the Valleys I’m told.

It’s not just 5 MP’s, but around 30% of the electorate at the moment. The only policy most of these people support Reform for is over immigration. Tightening the policy will placate some.
