I needed to compare the photos to be sure. This is a different moose, which means the newborns could be more than a day old. I thought it was the same moose initially because mom didn't mind my presence like the previous day.

In a few more weeks, when you walk outside the mosquitoes will motivate you to walk faster increasing calories burned. Just a thought. 😀

In one version gloves are worn for mosquito protection. In the other photo gloves are for cold protection.

A saw one moose recently. I’m not sure if it was the same mamma but there weren’t 2. Mom may have said scram.
