Halo was the most anticipated title in PC gaming at the time save for perhaps Half Life 3; and it was anticipated on the Mac; but since Microsoft purchased Halo as an Xbox launch title thereby delaying Halo’s Mac launch by IIRC years, when it did finally release for Mac OS it seemed anticlimactic.
